Q. What type of machinery capabilites does Jocassee Emboroidery have?

A. Our machinery includes thirty four Barudan Multi-head Embroidery Machines. The following is a breakdown.

• Nine (9) 6-head machines
• Twenty-Three (23) 8-head machines
• Two (2) 2-head and 2 single heads for samples and small runs
• All machines have drop-table capability to run finished garments more efficiently. All machines have 15-color capability and seven machines are set up to run finished caps

Q. What are Jocassee Embroidery's digitizing capabilities?

A. Design Digitizing Capabilities

Our design / digitizing equipment inlcudes two (2) Gunold Technologies ETHOS Systems.

• One (1) system uses digitizing board
• One (1) system uses HP/41 laser scanner with on-screen digitizing.

ETHOS is specifically designed software for embroidery digitizing. It contains a broad range of stitch effects and lettering styles, as well as, offering outstanding editing features to make embroidered designs look and run better.

We also make use of the state-of-the-art graphics software to manipulate old artwork into new and improved designs.

A. Personnel

Seventy-one (71) full-time employee, including clerical and shipping personnel and management. Jocassee Embroidery operates two shifts five to six days a week.

Q. Does Jocassee embroidery offering packaging?

Packaging

Jocassee Embroidery, Inc. operates a packaging line capable of 100% inspection, folding and polybagging embroidered products. Bar code labeling and/or hang tags can be included as part of the packaging.

Q. What Size is the Jocassee Embroidery Facility?

A. Facility

Currently operate in 25,000 square feet of production space. Jocassee Embroidery has the ability to heat-seal and die-cut appliques that makes your embroidery ideas endless.

Q. Where is the Jocassee Embroidery Production Facility Located?

Jocassee Embroidery is located 1/2 mile from the intersection of I-85 and US Hwy 290 at 311 Tucapau Road.

Q. How often are items shipped once completed?

A. Shipping

Due to its convenient location to Interstate I-85, Jocassee Embroidery has daily pick-up from UPS, Federal Express and various trucking lines.
