Shipping and Receiving

JOCASSEE EMBROIDERY understands that dealing with large contract orders requires strict inventory control. We will work closely with your company to verify the number of goods received, maintain accurate counts throughout production, and then double-check all of the numbers before shipping the goods to your destination of choice.

JOCASSEE EMBROIDERY can ship embroidered apparel via UPS or FED-EX as well as recommend a variety of excellent common-carriers. If you are located in our area of upstate South Carolina, we can even offer the use of our own mid-size truck for delivery.

Packaging

Further enhancing our ability to serve the customer, JOCASSEE EMBROIDERY offers a full packing line. This department is able to individually fold and poly-bag embroidered apparel to your specifications in order to provide a more professional appearance. Poly-bagging garments also helps to ensure your order will not be damaged or dirtied after it leaves our facility.

JOCASSEE EMBROIDERY can also hang-tag, or barcode your items to make inventory control easier.
